24/7 Control Centre Monitoring
With the use of a Guard monitoring system, our control center can give our clients with real-time security officer monitoring along with an audit record. Effective communication is crucial for ensuring strong service delivery and prompt and efficient reaction in the event of an emergency. This includes our clients, management, security officers, and tactical response officers. In order to maintain continuous communication between all the various units, security officials also report on a regular basis to the control room via radios and mobile devices. Our Tactical Response teams respond to alarms and alerts (Credential Theft) by dispatching them from the Control Centre.
